  • We do not accept exchange or refund on personalised garments so please choose carefully.

EXCHANGE or REFUND                                                                                           

  • We provide an exchange or full refund within 14 days of delivery on all items excluding personalised garments.
  • Please contact for an exchange/return form to be included with your return parcel.
  • Ensure the goods are returned in brand new condition with tags attached.
  • All return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are defective.
  • We recommend that you use a postal service with tracking, as we are not liable for missing or damaged goods.
  • For an exchange, we will issue you store credit via email once we receive the items.
  • For a refund, we will issue your money back to the account used on transaction.
  • Please allow seven days for an exchange/refund to be processed.


  • Should an item have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a refund or exchange (return shipping costs covered).
