- We do not accept exchange or refund on personalised garments so please choose carefully.
EXCHANGE or REFUND
- We provide an exchange or full refund within 14 days of delivery on all items excluding personalised garments.
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange/return form to be included with your return parcel.
- Ensure the goods are returned in brand new condition with tags attached.
- All return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are defective.
- We recommend that you use a postal service with tracking, as we are not liable for missing or damaged goods.
- For an exchange, we will issue you store credit via email once we receive the items.
- For a refund, we will issue your money back to the account used on transaction.
- Please allow seven days for an exchange/refund to be processed.
- Should an item have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a refund or exchange (return shipping costs covered).
- Should you receive a different size to what you originally ordered, we will offer a refund or exchange (return shipping costs covered).
